This can lead to situations where the artist is faced with a €100,000 system but is unable to perform because the venue has forgotten to update their house Pioneer players to the latest firmware, which in turn can cause the USB connection with Recordbox to not be recognized or read by the Pioneers. Therefore, if you are considering booking Carl Clark for your event, always make sure that the Pioneer players have the latest firmware version. If a booking is made and the organizer or club owner disregards these conditions, they alone are liable and must pay the full fee even if it is due to their own negligence. The artist is not obligated to carry 20 USB sticks and firmware software with them. Therefore, it is important for us that you check before the event to ensure that all players have the latest firmware versions, as both parties want the event to be successful.
