Based on our extensive experience, we have repeatedly found that clubs and event venues unfortunately do not always maintain their equipment and do not regularly upgrade their hardware with the latest Pioneer firmware. This can lead to situations where the artist is faced with a €100,000 system but is unable to perform because the venue has forgotten to update their house Pioneer players to the latest firmware, which in turn can cause the USB connection with Recordbox to not be recognized or read by the Pioneers. Therefore, if you are considering booking Carl Clark for your event, always make sure that the Pioneer players have the latest firmware version. You can check for the latest firmware updates for your players here: Pioneer CDJ-3000 / XDJ-1000MK2 / XDJ-700 / PIONEER RX2 / PIONEER RX3. If a booking is made and the organizer or club owner disregards these conditions, they alone are liable and must pay the full fee even if it is due to their own negligence. The artist is not obligated to carry 20 USB sticks and firmware software with them. Therefore, it is important for us that you check before the event to ensure that all players have the latest firmware versions, as both parties want the event to be successful.
